With a foundation in art and design from her BFA in Interior Design, Kate has built her career focusing on building strong client relationships, enhancing collaboration with design teams, and effective project management. She is committed to creating thoughtful, innovative lighting solutions that inspire and elevate the spaces they illuminate for every project.
Having worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial, hospitality, and institutional spaces, Kate balances technical expertise and creative vision. Her ability to clearly communicate lighting concepts helps clients and design teams confidently move forward at every stage. As a leader, Kate thrives in team management and mentorship, fostering an environment of collaboration and continual learning.
