NEAL is an award winning San Diego lighting design firm founded in 2001 by architectural lighting designer Ron Neal. Throughout its history NEAL has participated in the successful completion of hundreds of hospitality and high-end residential projects. This success is the result of encouraging an open dialogue between the user and design team while establishing a creative atmosphere in which the design process is a complete fusion of cost, function, technical expertise and artistic sensibility. Our methodology allows us to produce innovative architectural lighting design solutions that are appropriate for a wide range of projects. We are not everything to everybody. Our clients include some of the most highly renowned architects, interior design firms, and iconic hospitality brands in the country. As an established smaller firm we only work with select clients offering truly creative, collaborative opportunities. Consequently, we can guarantee Ron oversees all aspects of every project while our talented and experienced staff are engaged throughout all phases to ensure a successful outcome.
